  KENNETH A. FEINGOLD , a  partner at Feingold & Spiegel,  serves as a private neutral mediator and  arbitrator on selected civil, commercial and real estate matters. Mr. Feingold  practices in the areas of civil and commercial law and litigation. His areas of  expertise include real property litigation, construction law, employment  litigation, and commercial and civil disputes as well as counseling clients in  commercial transactions, sales, leases, and real property management matters.

KENNETH A. FEINGOLD graduated Magna Cum Laude from  the University of San Francisco in 1975, where he was a member of Law Review and  The McAuliffe Honor Society. Mr. Feingold externed for Justice Raymond L.  Sullivan of the California Supreme Court. Mr. Feingold also served as a Deputy  City Attorney (1975-1977), handling jury and court trials on behalf of the City  of Los Angeles. Since 1977, Mr. Feingold has been engaged in private  practice. Since 1995, after obtaining additional training in Mediation, Mr.  Feingold has devoted a significant portion of his practice to neutral  Mediation, serving on the Mediation Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  Mr. Feingold has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior and  Municipal Courts and arbitrates attorney fee disputes on behalf of the Beverly  Hills Bar Association.

As a private neutral mediator, Mr. Feingold has mediated  commercial and civil disputes involving personal injury and business torts, real  property law, homeowner associations, commercial contracts, construction law,  employment matters (including discrimination, wrongful termination, and sexual  harassment), insurance coverage matters, estate matters, unfair competition,  unfair business practices, palimony disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr.  Feingold has presided over two hundred (200) cases as a mediator, arbitrator,  and Judge Pro Tem, resolving public and private disputes.

Mr. Feingold currently serves as a member of the Board of  Trustees of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation and Chairman of its Finance Committee.  Mr. Feingold is a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Corporation  of Santa Monica, and a member of the Santa Monica - Malibu School District Personnel Commission.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alternative  Dispute Resolution Section, the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar  Associations, the Los Angeles Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, and the  Southern California Mediation Association. Mr. Feingold currently serves as a  National Attorney Panelist on real estate law for the Martindale-Hubbell web  site (Lawyers.com).
